The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) was established in 2006 with the purpose of ‘raising standards, promoting education and supporting key stakeholders within the industry, to include professional installers,’ retailers, manufacturers and consumers'.
Over a decade on, BiKBBI is a not-for-profit registered organisation, dedicated to education, standards and support, specifically within the KBB Installation market in Great Britain. It has become the voice of installations within this multi-billion pound market and supports thousands of installers nationally, as well as an impressive portfolio of KBB retailers, manufacturers and innovators.
BiKBBI is creating a number of high profile roles regionally, with an express objective of raising the organisation's profile within the industry and driving membership growth in all areas, to include installer, corporate and retail.
This key position, full or part time role, will be ideally suited to individuals with a flare for sales, ambitions for raising their personal industry profile and those with working time flexibility.
Over the past five years BiKBBI's membership has more than doubled, and the plans for the future of membership are firmly cemented within the strategic vision of the organisation going forward. This is an exciting time for experienced KBB professionals to join BiKBBI and our be part of our continued and rapid growth.
The successful candidate(s) will have extensive KBB experience, either within an installation, retail or manufacturing capacity. Ideally the successful candidate will have a flare for sales and a passion for promoting excellence within the industry.
Acting as the regional lead for BiKBBI membership, he/she will have confidence in the support of developing a long term membership strategy within their respective region, building relationships with current and prospective members and evaluating and implementing changes to a membership structure as the needs of the business and members demand.
This post reports to the Communications Manager. He/she will also work closely with the Chief Executive and will be expected to maintain strong ties with BiKBBI's wider dynamic and passionate team.
